I love this little appliance. Makes small work of making salad dressings, chopping nuts, coffee beans etc. Finally a small appliance that is up to the task. I had a lot of trouble mixing up small quantity recipes in my blender and food processor. Those appliances are too big for small jobs. Leave it to Cuisinart to come up with an appliance that does what it advertises.

I keep this little tyke on my center island in my kitchen. I’m using it every day! It’s just the perfect size for grinding just about anything I need. I’m so happy with my first one that I bought another one. I dehydrate lots of foods. It’s perfect to pulverize any item into powder. Love this item!

This is a great mini food processor and is great for making pesto, hummus, and salsas. It is a perfect size for many of these which I make for me and my wife and eliminates having to get out the bulky full sized one. A great device that should be in every kitchen.
