I've had many Cuisinart products make cooking easier for me over the past several decades. The Mini-Prep is the one I use the most, so when the bowl of my 18-year-old Mini cracked (the motor is still going strong!) replacing it with another Mini was a no-brainer. I love it just as much and the sleek stainless design looks great on the countertop. It does an excellent job of chopping and pureeing and this size is suitable for many prep tasks.

I got this to replace my previous one that was showing severe wear on the blade and the plastic was near to breaking. My first use was to make gyro sauce as I had done numerous times with the previous unit.
It didn’t chop or grind like my previous unit did leaving chunks and not smooth. Disappointed and sad I was not able to just buy a replacement blade. Would not recommend
