This ice machine is the best. It is sharp looking on my counter and fits in very well with my appliances. It makes ice fast and the shape of the ice makes it easy to drink your beverage. I also like how quiet it is. Some times I have to check to make sure it's running.

Ice Full Sensor Error

The ice full light comes on after only one completed freeze cycle so after only 9 ice cubes are dumped in the bucket, the light comes on. I troubleshooted this issue a few different ways including making sure the ice full sensors were clear but still only received a cycles worth of ice. I sent it back.

I used to use ice trays and portion how much ICE I could use per beverage (6 cubes exactly) but this thing is awesome! I no longer have to portion my ICE lol and it makes ice pretty fast! I usually store my ice in a bag and while it does clump up I hit it with a roller and it quickly breaks apart so no issues there. Customer service is very helpful, the ice tray in the unit was not functioning as before but the lady I spoke to prominently offered me a replacement without having to deal with any headaches. Overall if you're tired of spilling water on the floor with your ice tray on the way to the freezer, this is the unit to get! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!
