I bought this machine and my Family and I absolutely love this machine! Just never crowd your machine keep space or it won't function properly. I can't imagine life without one now.

When everything is working its great. Having ice ready 24/7 is amazing. If ice melts it refreezes and reuse the water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this ice maker!

We are so happy with this ice maker since we have a small freezer and are unable to keep ice in it. This ice machine is small enough to fit comfortably on our counter. Makes ice incredibly fast and they perfect size cubes!

Fast, consistent ice machine for our home bar

I use a ton of ice for developing drink recipes and our home fridge could not keep up. NewAir sent me the countertop model and this is definitely my go-to machine now for ice. First, it's FAST. Within 15-20 minutes of starting it up, it started producing ice. It's small at first but it quickly gets up to regular size. After two hours it was completely full. It was also easy to clean and fits on my counter and clears my upper cabinets without a problem. Only cons is that it is not super quiet when the fan is on making ice. Kinda like an exhaust fan level of noise-- noticeable but not crazy loud. It also had a "new smell" emanating from it when it was first put to use, but that dissipated after the first use. After what seemed like never having enough ice, it is so great to a ready supply on hand.

This product worked great when it worked. It pumped out a ton of ice each day we used it. It was nice to have plenty of ice available each day. Downside is that it broke after about 6 months of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE my ice maker! The New Air Portable Countertop Ice Maker is perfect for making your own ice at home in half the time it takes you traditionally. Not only will it save you time, but it will save you money this amazing product makes ice in less than 10 minutes in two different sizes. It is sleek and beautiful to leave out on a countertop or store for occassional use (but I have a feeling you'll use it more than you think). You can fill it up with as little or as much water allowed (there's a fill line) which lasts for what seems like forever, you can get SO much ice out of one large batch fill. However, if you're using your machine to make up ice for a party and keeping some in there I would suggest running it for a few hours before hand because it does take a while to get a big enough batch for multiple use as it only makes about 10 ice cubes per cycle. Overall, I'd highly recommend this product for its durablity, functionality, and usablity.
