Great quality and excellent service

We use our NewAir every day as we consume a lot of ice. After several months it stopped working. I called customer service. They had me run a cycle of vinegar through it. Solved the problem and its been working well ever since. Great quality excellent service.

We just used the ice maker for my daughters birthday party and it was the perfect addition to our party! All the guests were so impressed with how it would continue to make ice while I ran around to get other things together throughout the day. I would recommend this for everyday use and for every party!

Convenient ice

This ice maker fits conviently on the counter and everyone in my family uses it. Fresh ice when you want it has been perfectly wonderful, especially to accommodate when my father-in-law comes to visit.

Hienifer was amazing!!! My ice maker stopped working and she helped me to check my warranty and is getting a new one shipped out to me. It’s awesome to find a company that stands by its products and its customers. Will definitely continue to purchase Newair products

We bought this ice maker as a family Christmas present and it has been an overwhelming hit!!! Everyone loves it. The ice is very similar to Sonic ice. We would recommend it to anyone!!!

I received my Newair Portable Ice Maker as a gift from my son and what a wonderful gift it has been. My wife and I have a large family and entertain frequently, this has been a Godsend. Extremely easy to use and maintain. It's also very attractive on our bar, very quite and makes ice in five to seven minutes. First time "Newair" customer and would highly recommend it to everyone. As a bonus, I recently had a question and contacted Customer Service (Anthony) extremely helpful, friendly and professional.
