This ice machine is fantastic! We use it in our breakroom. It takes up little space, is quiet and efficient. It is easy to clean and basically checks all of the boxes that an ice machine should!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use!

I received my ice maker from New Air a few days ago and I love it! Its packaged tightly to prevent any damage so be mindful of that when removing it from the box.
I can already tell that this is going to be perfect for holidays and family gatherings. If you have any questions, the manual is pretty helpful. I also contacted customer service with a question via online messenger, and they were very prompt and helpful.

Device water pump failed immediately.

This is a potentially awesome ice maker but the water pumped failed immediately. Customer Service was fantastic though and offered to replace the unit. They requested I leave a review to waive the shipping costs of the replacement unit so here it is. I will review the unit again once I get one that actually works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but not as good as my first NewAir ice maker.

I purchased this unit after my earlier unit died. The earlier model was tremendous, which is why I went back to NewAir, unfortunately the model I purchased this last time is not nearly as good. It works okay, but I should have stuck with the earlier model instead.

Keep Your Ice On Hand Without the Trays

We love our new NewAir Portable countertop ice maker. We even took it camping but tried it out at home first. We were the place to visit when it came time for needing ice amongst our fellow camping friends.
The fact that it allowed us to make 2 different sizes it was perfect for large or small cups/wine glasses etc. It is now the proud owner of a space on our counter since we use it daily to keep ice on hand.
I would recommend the NewAir Portable icemaker to anyone that doesn't want to wait for their ice cube trays to freeze. This also is wonderful for picnics, parties and family get togethers.
