I would not buy this product again

We purchased and used this ice maker for roughly 4 months..It worked great..Then one hot afternoon, I came in from mowing in the heat looking forward to a glass of ice water,but to no avail, the icemaker wasn't working..After some time examining it,we found that the ice tray connector to the motor that operates the tray and shovel had stripped out,causing the machine to no longer work and to go into fault mode...While you can buy a replacement shovel, you cannot purchase a replacement tray..Buyer beware
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Eight minutes for ice!

When it works right it is great. Sometimes my ice cubes drop prematurely so the ice isnt frozen all the way and it comes out super small. It is super convenient to always have ice on hand though. Love that it only takes 8 minutes to make ice.

Worked great then stoped working the 2 day keeps blinking add water. Call customer service for replacement. They are supposed to send me a new on it's been two weeks and I haven't received it.
