I absolutely love my NewAir Portable Countertop Ice Maker. Even though I have an ice-maker in my freezer, I have awful water so I could never hook it up. I can quickly make ice in my NewAir, then transfer it into the ice holder in my freezer! No more waiting hours for water to freeze in the old-fashioned trays. I fill it up with water in the morning when I'm working from home, then just transfer the ice every hour or so to the freezer. By the end of the day my entire bin is full and I'm good to go for a week. It's definitely worth the investment!

My ice machine started cutting on and would fill up with water to make ice and would automatically cut back off. I contacted NewAir and they have been great in getting a replacement since it happened ONE month before the warranty ended.

Newaire ice maker

I bought this 2 weeks ago and now I’m an ice maker baby sitter . Works okay for a while then stops . I have to unplug and start up again . Also doesn’t make ice as fast as they say .

Nice little ice maker

I’m really happy with this ice maker and it’s done good for a year and 2 days ago it started turning off by itself and they acted quick to send me a new one so I’m all happy now

Great unit! Makes ice fast!

I bought this unit 5 months ago and it worked great until it didn't. I contacted customer service and was treated very well. A new unit is on it's way! NewAir is a great company to deal with!

Worked great for just under a year I called customer service because I was still under warranty and they are shipping me a remanufactured unit. I am disappointed that there's no warranty on the replacement unit as mine didn't last a year. So hopefully the remanufactured unit is better than the one I bought brand new.

Best ice machine

We have had this ice machine for about a week. I never knew how much difference an ice maker could make. Our drinks are staying cold, we are able to make smoothies easier and we can make ice packs at home.
We love this product, it is easy to use and the ice is literally ready in 6 minutes!

This ice maker is fabulous for entertaining. It makes ice VERY quickly so you will never be without during a party. I like the 2 different sizes of ice so you can choose depending on your needs. I like that you can switch between the 2 sizes at any time. I also like the shape of the cubes themselves. The ice bucket portion is easy to remove if you do not want to serve the ice out of the ice maker. The ice scoop is a great addition if you do want to serve directly out of the machine. The only downside is the color. My only choice was white. I see now that they offer silver and black, either of which matches my color scheme much better.
