We received this ice maker as a gift. Worked great for a couple days, we had some issues with it. Contacted customer service and they were excellent and fix the issue right away! Would recommend!

I got the fridge about 2-3 weeks ago and I use it everyday to keep my waters cold, I don’t normally drink soda so this is perfect for my everyday use

I have never thought I'd be so excited for a portable ice machine. It was so easy to assemble, you just have to take it out the box, clean/wipe the inside, plug it in then add water then in about 8mins you'll get ice. There's 2 sizes you can choose. Our ice machine recently broke so this is just so perfect! I truly recommend this product! First time trying newair & I definitely can't wait to get more of their products in the future!

We like to have family pool parties and this compact ice maker is great when we need extra ice. The ice cycle is quick and keeps up with our needs. I'm happy with the product.
