My first one went out after a month and sent email to the company. They replaced it with a new one and it has not missed a beat since I have turned it on. Makes ice quickly. Love it so far.

We love our ice maker. We don't have one built in a refrigerator yet my husband loves ice. So we got this and it makes ice fast and keeps up in the summer heat. We had a minor issue but the customer service was easy to work with and fast in resolving the issue. We are going to buy two more for our rental homes.
I would recommend this to a friend!
