My ice machine started cutting on and would fill up with water to make ice and would automatically cut back off. I contacted NewAir and they have been great in getting a replacement since it happened ONE month before the warranty ended.

Easy to use, best Ice Maker I had ever.

This ice maker is straightforward to use. Great for dinner parties and small get together. We also take it along when we go on trips. It makes ice very quickly, which is excellent in the California heat. I’d recommend this product to anyone!

Nice little ice maker

I’m really happy with this ice maker and it’s done good for a year and 2 days ago it started turning off by itself and they acted quick to send me a new one so I’m all happy now

Unfortunately my ice machine never worked. It kept going to add water after it made a few ice cubes.

I LOVE my new ice maker!

I have had my machine for about 3 weeks now and I am so thrilled! Initially I thought it may be too big for my small counter, but I was so happy to be able to make it work with the small space that I have. I keep it right next to my Nespresso so that iced lattes and coffees are super easy. We drink so much iced water in our house too that it seemed we were never able to keep enough ice in the freezer. Having this machine around has eliminated the dreaded running out of ice dilemma. The setup from out of box to use was very quick and extremely easy. Basically take it out, remove all packaging stuff like tape, etc, clean everything with a mild soap, add water to internal reservoir and plug in. The first time it runs it takes longer than I initially expected to produce a lot of ice, but within about a half hour the bucket was full. Now it’s constantly on and plugged in, and it makes ice all day long. Some of the ice melts if you don’t use it and as that happens it’ll start making more when it detects the bucket is getting low. I only need to add water every few days, if that. It is very much a set it and forget it device besides the expected water refill. Besides all the awesome technical things, it’s also very attractive and honestly the stainless steel does not pick up as many fingerprints as you would think and it’s super easy to clean. It looks great on my countertop and very high end with the cool tap buttons. I highly recommend this ice maker, you’ll really enjoy it!

Great ice machine, and stylish!

Loving this ice machine! Have never run out of ice, and it replenishes quickly. Tastes great too. I also love the color and style. I have it white, and it matches my kitchen perfectly. Its a pure white color.
I've had other ice machines, and for the first while the ice tasted funny, but not the case with this one. It was great with the first use!

Newaire ice maker

I bought this 2 weeks ago and now I’m an ice maker baby sitter . Works okay for a while then stops . I have to unplug and start up again . Also doesn’t make ice as fast as they say .
