LIFE SAVER

I used to use ice trays and portion how much ICE I could use per beverage (6 cubes exactly) but this thing is awesome! I no longer have to portion my ICE lol and it makes ice pretty fast! I usually store my ice in a bag and while it does clump up I hit it with a roller and it quickly breaks apart so no issues there. Customer service is very helpful, the ice tray in the unit was not functioning as before but the lady I spoke to prominently offered me a replacement without having to deal with any headaches. Overall if you're tired of spilling water on the floor with your ice tray on the way to the freezer, this is the unit to get! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

Great little unit and customer service

I bought this item over the holidays as we are always running out of ice. Item has worked well, I contacted customer service for a tech issue and handled it well! Definitely a fun countertop appliance.

Use cold water

I have had this ice maker for almost a year. One of the parts broke and customer service will be sending me a new part with instructions on how to fix it since it is still under warranty. Up to this point it has worked pretty well except it does not refrigerate the inside of the unit so if you do not watch for the ice to fill up it will begin to melt. This can be slowed down by using ice cold water from the fridge. Another complaint I have about it not being refrigerated on the inside is that if you let it set for more than a day without use it grows a mildewy smell since there is always a small amount of water at the bottom of the unit unless you pick it up and dump it out. With the unit weighing 33 lb this becomes cumbersome. A buzzer that lets you know when it is full would also be useful.

Great ice maker

I bought this product for my wife last year and she loved it. Makes ice very quickly and has options on size of ice cubes.

Set house on fire

I got this as a Christmas present and I loved it. About 3 months later I had a house fire and this ice machine was one of two things that could have started it. I’m giving it two stars because it was engulfed in flames and thrown out the window by fire fighters and hours later still had ice in it. Pretty impressive.

Makes Ice Quickly

My first one went out after a month and sent email to the company. They replaced it with a new one and it has not missed a beat since I have turned it on. Makes ice quickly. Love it so far.

Very easy to use and easy carry. It's not heavy and the instructions are super easy. I'm going to use this alot and plan to use it in my outdoor kitchen area.
