Leaky—coffee tastes watery

We enjoyed this machine until it started leaking. The coffee tastes like burnt hot water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Second time around

This is my second Pixie from Nespresso and when my first died after 12 years of use, it was a no brainer for replacing it. While the design has changed little, I do miss the on/off button. Still great espresso, still great compact size, still in use multiple times a day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have been using our Nespresso Pixie for ten years and just had to buy a new one! They are wonderful little machines that make the most fantastic coffee! Highly recommended!!!

Great machine!

We bought a Pixie machine about 3 years ago. We use it about 3 times a day. I am amazed at how well it works each time! We've had no issues at all. Great cream, aroma, and taste each time. We recently bought a vertuo machine as well. We are looking forward to using them both!

First of all I like to thank Nespresso for the wonderful customer service they have.
I bought the Pixie because it is a small, but yet powerful machine. I still have , and use the model that came out in 2011. Till this day, and hopefully many more I have never been disappointed. Thank you again Nespresso.!

My pixie stopped working

I have had my machine for a year, it stopped working a month ago. It was plugged in, water tank was full, the capsule was properly inserted. Pressed the lungo button to start the warm up but nothing happened. I'm not sure what to do. Please advise.

I’ve had my Pixie for 7 years and it’s consistently delivered amazing coffee to this day. This machine sticks to the basics…espresso / hot water. Play around with the small/large drink function buttons. I’ve read that running the original size pods on lungo is too long and can actually make it bitter. I press the lungo drink size, but press it again as soon as the liquid starts turning that light beige color. Then I release the pod and hit the lungo button again, to simply add hot water. Sometimes I’ll do the same, using two pods. Perfect Americano EVERYTIME!
