First of all I like to thank Nespresso for the wonderful customer service they have.
I bought the Pixie because it is a small, but yet powerful machine. I still have , and use the model that came out in 2011. Till this day, and hopefully many more I have never been disappointed. Thank you again Nespresso.!

I owned the Pixie from 2011. That was a flawless machine. When it started leaking water I went back to get their new Pixie. Not like my old Pixie. I would say that the machine features are not up to par with my older one. My older one had a separate on/off button, which this one doesn't. My older one was very smooth when pressing down or lifting the lever. This one has a very industrial feel to it. Very rough handling feel. Gets hot and makes coffee okay.

We recommend running a priming cycle once a week through your machine, to assist with keeping the taste, texture, body and aroma in each brew. We also recommend descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules, whichever comes first. Good product, not great.

Started using my first Nespresso in 2019, machine worked well until early 2022 when It started showing its age and stopped brewing the coffee well, in addition the water pump was failing (kept up with maintenance, descaling, even tried DIY youtube fix tutorials with no success). However, after using the machine daily a minimum 2x times for about 2-3 year it is not bad. Thus, if you are a heavy espresso drinker, take the limited life of the machine into thought, Otherwise, good product. I will be purchasing another.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I loved my nespresso

I loved my nespresso at the beginning but after a couple years it’s starting to show it’s age. The coffee never brews the correct amount and the foam on top is now only a tiny bit. The coffee pods are expensive and they almost never have sales. Tastes great and is convenient for coffee lovers who like to sip little cups of coffee throughout the day and moms who are on the run. Maybe go with one of the newer models though.

They have these en suite at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta now. Super fast, extremely high quality, delicious espresso and easily made espresso drinks with the add on frother. Totally considering one for my office.

This coffee machine is amazing !!! One of the best works easy and the espresso is very rich the quality is incredible Mamés a perfect latte I had the opportunity to try it and I love it highly recommended it !!! This is a great product

Purchased again after almost 10 years!

My original Pixie machine was purchased in 2013 and it lasted through 2022. I just repurchased the same machine and the coffee tastes great. Great little machine for NYC apartments with minimal counter space. Hope it lasts just as long. Very happy with this company overall. Great quality products.
