Great for espresso newbies

Have this at work and it’s convenient it saves a trip to the starbies lol.
Cost efficient and barista quality. There’s endless drink options: iced lattes, americanos, espresso, cappuccino,etc

Small but mighty

This machine is compact but does the job. It doesn’t take up a lot of counter space which is why I chose it in the first place. I would recommend this to any person who is living in an apartment or enjoy minimalistic style. No issues with the machine even after 5 years now.

The perfect answer to my caffeine addiction

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do I have a problem when it comes to caffeine? Yes. Was that problem solved now that I am not spending money everyday on outside coffee? Yes. I am a problem solver. This machine solves the only problem that matters.

Poor design features but coffee is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes great coffee from the pods which is the important part. However, there are a few design features that are annoying. The water reservoir tank must be put on bottom first but you also need to snap in hooks on the back - they don’t fit without a good push of force. Second, the drip tray leaks ALL over the counter at a certain point. I rinse it once a week so not sure why. Lastly, wider mugs will not work with the tray/flap design.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worth it!

I absolutely love my Nespresso machine!
It is so convenient in brewing a single serve of either coffee or espresso. It is brewed slowly to allow the flavors of the coffee to remain strong and rich opposed to making it watery.
