Simplicity of making the coffee

We had ours for 4 years until it died one day. We just bought a new one. Simple design and great value for money. Once a month we descaled it to keep it running.

Best machine ever!

Best machine ever! Discovered it at a high end boutique hotel that had it in each suite. We've had ours for 5 yrs and use it everyday. It's hot, quick and takes up next to no space. Love it so much we bought a second one as a backup..

Great coffee everytime

Bought approx. 10+ years ago. It's been flawless. It's the original made in Switzerland. We bought it when there were many colors to pick from. We got the metal sides in florescent green, and also the carrying case. Both are no longer available.

Solid espresso machine

I have had this espresso maker since 2020 so it is quite durables. It is super easy to use. I do feel like the pod holder is made of pretty flimsy plastic, but that doesn’t impart the use of the machine or the espresso. The water tank holds a lot of water.

Old is Better

I am reviewing an old Pixie. Mine works like a charm. I find that some of the capsules can get stuck and explode. After about 9 years this started happening so it has nothing to do with me. I use only the short button for espresso and the long for running the rest of the water through to clean after use. I have descaled from time to time. Getting back to the water-I refrigerate the tank half full each night then have two or three capsules in the morning. Repeat. Parts can wear out of course. But this is the only machine that takes time to heat the water. This is all key to a good short espresso using the stronger capsules. The smaller machines I’ve had and used are not as good.

This product is extremely incredible. It’s low maintenance, bruise a perfect cup every time love the functionality of the product and the price is amazing.
