Backyard Oasis with Yatdistry

We bought this pavilion one year ago, and we are so pleased with it. It was easy to assemble with help from friends and it has provided us a great gathering place for friends and family to get together. We added the privacy wall and the bar counter and both are high-quality. We just installed the gutter system from yard history and it matches beautifully. I would highly recommend!

We are sorry to hear, the issue you had with peeling off the the protective film, on your gazebo panels. As long as the panels are not sitting for long periods of time, with the plastic on, or sitting in direct heat, it has not been an issue. The cooler the panels are, the easier the plastic is to take off. If we can be of any assistance, please reach out to us directly at 1-888-509-4382.-The Yardistry Customer Experience Team-

Missing Parts

Sadly I am unable to give a better review. The product itself is nice, however ours was missing a few pieces. We did not find out until a year and half after purchase since we didn't have it installed until then. When I reached out to the company directly I was told that this was a warranty issue and it was subject to the 1 year limitation. I offered to provide evidence that we just unboxed last week ( paid a professional to come assemble) but they just stuck to the one year warranty stance. So if you purchase, make sure and unbox and do an inventory so you find out if you are missing parts. I am waiting on a quote to see how much I have to pay in addition to the purchase and assembly to resolve.

We apologize for this experience. As stated in the manual, the first step of installation is to complete a full inventory of parts. This way, any parts that are missing or damaged, can be sent out in one shipment. I feel this is a very nice put to gether gazebo,the protecive coating on aluminum is very hard to remove the time it took to remove it all was about 8 hrs way to long .i also feel the directions should do all the steps on the roof part at once not a little then later more . iwould not ever buy another
