The gazebo is nice and went together easily. The 2 stars is due to the plastic wrapping on all of the roof panels and trim. It took 16+ hours to peel off every panel and piece. The adhesive is too strong and the plastic too weak as it pulls off in chunks. The protection you’re trying to achieve in transit is pointless if my panels now have small dents and are covered in left over adhesive. You need a new supplier
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad the gazebo itself came together well. We’re very sorry to hear about the amount of time and effort it took to remove the protective film. That’s clearly not acceptable, especially when it impacts the appearance of the panels afterward. We appreciate you calling this out, as it highlights an area that needs improvement.
Structure easy to put together but when it comes to the roof pealing the plastic off of the panels sucks they need a better way to package the roof panels and not put plastic that continues to tear as you try and pull it off

Thanks for your feedback—we’re glad the overall structure went together well. We’re sorry to hear about the frustration with the protective film on the roof panels. That should come off more cleanly, and we understand how annoying it is when it tears during removal. We appreciate you calling this out and will share it with our team.
Gazebo is built and looks great but ran into difficulties with the protective cover on the metal roofing sections and the decorative molding s on the posts just don’t mider together properly

Thanks for your feedback— the gazebo looks great. We’re sorry to hear the build process was more difficult than expected, especially with the roof panel film and the decorative molding not fitting together properly. That kind of frustration isn’t the experience we want for our customers, and we appreciate you pointing it out so we can continue improving.
I bought the artist I bought the artistry gazebo because of the and Design and I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed in the fact that quality control I can't even say it was lacking I don't think there is any most of the pieces of wood were not totally pre-drilled for the screws and there are splinters in the wood and there are White markings on some of the pieces so disappointment isn't exactly the right word I expected so much more I spent too much money on this product I would like to attach the pictures of the pieces that were not quality at all I asked for stains so that I could and I was told I could get a 4 oz bottle ship to me supposably you cannot ship a gallon of the stain for the Gazebo to me but yet you can sell a gallon on your website and ship that to me I guess the name really and doesn't matter anymore yardistry sucks would not buy your product again going and getting a couple 2x4s and throwing them up

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Issues with wood quality and pre-drilling are frustrating, especially at this price point. Your feedback on both product quality and support will be shared with our team.
As much as I love the overall structure of the gazebo, I honestly would choose a different product next time simply because of how Yardistry chooses to “protect” the metal parts of the roof. Just as 90% of the reviews say, the plastic film removal is a nightmare and set the installation back several days. I realize they’re trying to protect the finish on the metal; however, they chose the thinnest film possible that just tears every inch and leaves behind a sticky residue that has to be removed with Goo Gone. So after hours of peeling, you have to wipe down everything you peeled to remove it. This problem could be helped simply by using a thicker film that doesn’t tear as easily and would actually protect the finish. This film is on both sides of every piece of metal, including all of the trim and roof pieces. I wanted to love this product because the overall construction is nice and pretty easy to install, but someone seriously dropped the ball on this part. I’ve tried every trick but the fragility of the film makes it impossible to do quickly. Yardistry please do better to try and get return customers.

We appreciate you calling this out—what you described with the protective film is clearly frustrating and takes away from an otherwise solid product. Having it tear, leave residue, and add hours to the installation process is not the experience anyone expects. Your suggestion about using a thicker, more user-friendly film is very constructive, and we’ll be sharing this feedback with our team for improvement.
The one rating is for the dumbest packaging I have ever seen. They cover the roof panels on a blue plastic coating. It took, three people three days to get all the plastic off. Once you get it off, it leaves a horrible residue on the roof panels that not even good off or anything else will take off. It got to be so bad that I was ready to just build my own roof for it. Absolutely ridiculous and I would not wish this on my worst enemy.
It was a rewarding project to assemble this and integrate it into our backyard space. We now have a shady, cozy, fun, and chic hangout space that we will enjoy for years. Next year's project will be to surround it with a flower garden.
We couldn’t be happier with this gazebo. It took a bit to put together bit the finished product is awesome. We will be spending many nights out on our new patio!
