There are 3 boxes that I strapped into my truck. All pieces were included and were in good shape. Al holes lined up. Assembly took several days for my son and me but we were interrupted by rain, work etc. I love this. It is very sturdy and it looks great. I recommend it. This is a quality kit.
I had installed this over a patio leading to the pool. Showed my contractor the videos on line, he put it up in 2 1/2 days. It looks great. Here is the best part. We had an issue with a piece of a beam. I called customer service. Boom Done, no problem. They got me a new piece to my house in three days through Fed Ex. Bolt it on, good as ever. A builder friend of mine stopped by and was very impressed with the quality
We re-did a lot of our back yard making this structure the focal point. Ran a natural gas 100ft from the meter for a firepit and a natural gas grill. I poured over 10 yards of concrete for a pathway and pad for the structure. The project is coming along. Looks awesome! Still much to do. I would highly recommend this structure for anyone who is a DIYer.
I bought two of the 14 x 12 pavilions and combined them into one. The hardest part was making sure the roof lined up perfect after I modified it. I saw a picture a previous customer posted and was able to do the same. I love it. Something this big would of cost around $9k. Built it with one other person but needed about 4 to lift the roof.

What are the minimum concrete slab deminsions to accomodate one 14 x 12 Pavilion and two 14 x 12 Pavilions installed side-by-side?

Hello Joe, The best place to get the information you are requesting is on our product page. Our manual, which includes drawings and dimensions, and a great helpful hints video, can be found under the "Assembly" tab, along with a detailed footings drawing, and anchoring suggestions. Additional drawings can also be found under the "Dimension" tab as well. We purchased two kits with the intention to combine into one large unit. This took extensive modifications achievable by an advanced woodworker with knowledge of framing. The extra parts not needed from combining the kits were used to close out the center Gable Beam and reinforce the joining section of the Ridge Beam. It came out exactly as envisioned and is solid. There is no way I could have built from scratch for the same cost. The kit comes complete with all hardware and parts are clearly identified. I integrated gutters on this build and tapped into our existing home downspout / drainage. Next is lighting but I just have not gotten to it yet.
