Just Great

I bought this a few weeks ago and it took me a few days to put it all together. I did it by myself, built the roof sections more or less in place. This is very well made and I am very happy with it. Only thing I wish is that it came in different colors as it takes a while to paint every piece.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a couple of months of searching and researching we bought our 10x10 to cover a new Hot Tub and couldn't be happier. We wanted to create a little oasis by the lake and the gazebo adds so much. As a DIY guy I am always skeptical of kits. I usually find confusing instructions with parts that don't go together and drill holes mis-aligned. The Yardistry package was second to none for instructions, accuracy of pieces, labeling of parts and overall ease of assembly. I even had a couple of friends so impressed they went out and bought one for their back deck after seeing ours completed. We are very impressed with the quality. Yardistry just needs to come up with the 10x10 insect netting now!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best investment we’ve ever made in our home!!!

We purchased two pavilions and joined them together to create a dining area on one side and a conversation area with a fire pit on the other. It looks fabulous and gives us so much room to entertain.

Looks nice, but missing an entire strap of wood!

Looks like it will be a nice pavillion, but is currently on our back patio partially assembled. We just purchased last week and have assembled over two days of the weekend. We are on the last steps of assembling the roof pieces and are missing an ENTIRE strap short for the roof! Sitting on our back patio partially assembled. That's a big piece of wood that we cannot improvise (nor should we have to at this price point). It's not like just missing a few small pieces of hardware.

Awesome experience

Just finished building and installing the 14x12 Pavillion. What a awesome experience. Easy to read and follow instructions. Being in the construction field for 40 years. I actually built this structure all by myself. I wouldn't recommend anyone try the same unless you know your abilities well. It is a easy procedure though. I would recommend to anyone this product. The most frustrating part was pealing the plastic coating of the aluminum pieces.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is an impressive looking structure and looks more expensive than it is. My only issue with it was the factory drilled holes and roof layout. It was constructed by my brother and I. My brother is a retired carpenter and I am a former carpenter. We followed the instructions to the letter. The layout of the aluminum roof panels end up being 3/4" short on the width which exposes joints in the roof structure wood to be exposed, I had to caulk the 4 edges along the roof line in order to protect the wood. Additionally, when the two roof panels are bolted together, the rafter boards do not fully line up and I had to make a few filler pieces to fill the gap between the brackets and framing. In the end the issues are not really noticeable, but just feel that someone without carpentry knowledge may have issues they do not know how to overcome.
I would recommend this to a friend!
