Pavilion now on it,s second year and looks as good as the day I assembled it. Held up well to a hardy Michigan Winter. I made my own mosquito screens to enjoy the Summer and i see you now offer one.
I was worried whether or not I would be able to assemble what seemed such a large project but after watching a few videos that were posted by the manufacturer and private parties I felt that I could do it. I'd estimate that I assembled about 75% by myself and 25% with the help of a few good friends. The instructions were excellent and everything fit perfectly. It shows that it is made of good quality material. It also is a very solid structure. If you take your time and follow the instruction you can do it. I did have a couple of wooden components (2) that were broken or cracked. I called the company's 800 number and and it was taken care of immediately, no questions asked. This company seems to be well organized. I would definitely recommend this product and this company to anyone with a little time, a couple of tools and a few friends to purchase this product.
We bought the pavilion at Costco. It took four of us most of the day to build (organizing, tallying pieces, building component pieces, assembly). We are very satisfied with that and have recommended it to several friends. We stained it initially, and plan to re-stain every year or two for durability. We'd buy it again.
This was one of the best investments I have made in many years. It is the right size for my yard and is very attractive. I would highly recommend this product, because it is made very well.
