Great quality and the perfect size

We placed it in our back yard to cover our bbq/fire pit area. We had a quality issue with 1 post and they promptly shipped a new one. We've had it for 3 years. I would recommend staining it prior to installation.

While not being used as a lawn pavilion it is sure making our driveway / new car port look first class in the neighborhood. Every neighbor in the area has drove by to look at it.

Great product for the price. Quality kit. Take the time to square everything up to ease assembly. I went ahead and stained the entire kit to match some other pieces in the yard. Took a little more time to assemble because of it. It went together quick and easy. Seems like it will last.

We are very happy with our new pavilion. Amazed at how well every piece was milled and how they were able to pack it so well! We constructed it in stages, The posts and support structures in a couple of hours, make sure it is square and level. Then assembling the roof panels about 4 hours. The first one is the hardest, watch the videos, they really help. The main thing to know is the roof panels do not fit flush to the wood frame on both sides, just center from the middle. Don't screw anything together and until you are sure everything is square. The second panel was much faster once we know what we were doing. It took the rest of the family to lift everything into place and screw together. We cannot be happier! Looks great. Almost every thing you need to assemble is pre-drilled. Good luck and do watch the videos.

Nice Unit

I watched people put this up and they said that they did it alone or with one other person. Don't believe them. I love the structure but it took 4 people to put the roof on. The roof was a bit of a pain, 2 of us had to keep measuring and aligning the four corners to get the roof square. 3 days if you don't have at least 2 and preferably 4 people and are unable to dedicate a full day or 2. But once finished it is a great structure. Glad I got it, even with all of the minor aggravation. One other note, the young lady I talked to from Customer service was fantastic. 2 of the wood pieces and a bolt were broken and when I called to get them replaced and she helped and got me the replacement pieces the next day. She is an asset to your company.

I placed it on a deck. It was easy to install and all pieces fit together perfectly. You will need some extra hands to set the roof.
