Missing Parts

Sadly I am unable to give a better review. The product itself is nice, however ours was missing a few pieces. We did not find out until a year and half after purchase since we didn't have it installed until then. When I reached out to the company directly I was told that this was a warranty issue and it was subject to the 1 year limitation. I offered to provide evidence that we just unboxed last week ( paid a professional to come assemble) but they just stuck to the one year warranty stance. So if you purchase, make sure and unbox and do an inventory so you find out if you are missing parts. I am waiting on a quote to see how much I have to pay in addition to the purchase and assembly to resolve.

We apologize for this experience. As stated in the manual, the first step of installation is to complete a full inventory of parts. This way, any parts that are missing or damaged, can be sent out in one shipment. I was expecting missing and broken parts, horrible instructions, and difficult assembly but got none of that. I didn't even swear during the assembly process! It was actually very easy to assemble and required zero modifications. I'd suggest reading the directions COMPLETELY before starting as you can save yourself a lot of time setting up an assembly line. One person can complete all the subassemblies in a couple days. Instructions said 4 people required for final assembly but me and wifey did it just fine. TBD how well it holds up, but so far, I was very pleased with the purchase.

Hate the plastic wrap

I think the actual gazebo will be great. Seems very sturdy and it's beautiful. Assembly was smooth until we got to the metal and we had to peel off plastic wrap. What a nightmare! The plastic wrap doesn't protect. It is a waste of time and useless.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
