The phone is simple and works fine for my son's first phone. I was irritated though to find out that adding a line to my existing plan forfeits any amount of money I had already paid for the month and that I had to pay the full price of a new monthly service. We had a two-line plan and had renewed five days before adding my son's line. By adding a line we were charged the full amount for a three-line plan without any of the previous month's amount counting toward it. I basically paid for 5 lines for the first month. This should be clearer for customers.

Has something I needed

The main reason I got this was because I have an apeman car camera that doesn't have video out or replay on it. With an adapter I'm able to plug it into this phone and look at the videos on it immediately if I needed to. As far as the web I might check my emails but that's about it so not sure what all you can do with it. I like the calculator and note pad and stuff like that that it comes with. I like the ease that it has with voice messages. It's a nice phone that for me has more than I need. Great screen. I gave it four stars because mine didn't come with tool to open side to use micro card. A needle didn't work either. I don't really need it so not really a big deal but still should be able to use it if I wanted to. Other than that it's great.
