Overall great phone, has specs I was looking for, works well...except that often the screen will stay dark, even when a set alarm is going off, so you can't dismiss the alarm without using the phone's physical buttons to pull up the screen (automatically snoozing the alarm). I have also found the screen not responding to the double-tap-to-turn-on at times, it is not just the alarm. Minor inconvenience, I will be keeping the phone, but others might find it too big a pet peeve for a brand-new phone.

Not enough internal storage only 16 GB which the phone itself needa that.

I got this one because my old one would not charge. This one's internet service is lousy con only get one bar try to it fixed is next to impossible with tracfone..

I bought this phone approximately 2-3 weeks ago. It is a decent normal Android phone but it kind of runs slow. It is still better than my last one though
