Screen on my phone is already shattered

BAD BATTERY

I Bought this phone for my Husband a few weeks ago , this phone has a bad battery, it doesn't even make it through a work day. horrible battery life . A new phone should have outstanding battery life, this phone falls short way short, Very disappointed.

Its the worst hunk a junk ive ever owned.soon,s i can.im getting rid of it.sim card door wont open.to install an sd card.it froze tryin to hang up on my guy.after another argument.just alot to hate.screen goes blk during a call.not handy.

LG Journey is a @wsome phone if U remember the pas

Set default not being sms and it is a great 4 G phone. Not sure about Trade haven't used that brand but much better? If same gig I doubt there would be much changes to its performance.

Slow and not enough space

Received and activated this phone on Friday; switched back and started the return process on Sunday. Right from the start this phone was super laggy. Every app that wasn't preinstalled took longer than it should to do anything. I thought adding a 32GB sd card would help, since it only has 16GB by itself, but it did not. There is no way to set the external storage as the default storage. These issues make a smart phone pretty worthless.
