Very Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my very first cordless hair straighter and it's so convenient I cannot wait to take it on the cruise I'm going on in March. It heats up instantly which is amazing, works great! And it's super cute! I highly recommend this product.

Great idea, ok execution

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At a first impression, this is a beautiful heat appliance and the idea of it being cordless is fantastic. It comes with a deep purple suede like heat resistant bag to store inside. The color is a pretty metallic lavender color and the metal plates are a rose gold. It comes with a usb charging cable- but no attachment to plug to the wall- this was not an issue for me, as I do have a cube already in my bathroom to charge other appliances, but I know it's not a common thing to have in the bathroom. I do like the option to plug it into other energy sources though- maybe through a computer tower or car charger.
It took about 30 mins to charge straight out of the box- it has a flashing light on the front to show that it is charging (blinking battery icon). Once charged, it was easy to turn on and set the mode to either curl or straighten- I also like the option to set temperature. It heated up in about 3 mins.
Upon using the product, I was a little underwhelmed- if I was at home, I likely would not reach for this appliance in normal routine. The barrel is short for styling my long hair, and the curls do not hold after the iron is removed. As for the straightening function- better- but I would still not reach for this in normal routine.
I will use this appliance, but only to take on the go or for camping. I love the idea of it being so portable and cordless, I just wish it compared to the style i can get with other comparable brand hot tools- my current go to is my GHD flat iron, and Hot Tools curling iron. If I were to purchase this with my own money at its current price point, I would return it.

Amazing hair tool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is really amazing, and very user friendly. First of all, I love that it's USB ready, so I really can use it anywhere. It's easy to tame my hair and make it straighter or curl it. The time for my hair to go straight or curly is a lot quicker than previous tools I've used. It's easy to maneuver so I have not had any issues burning myself with it. It's a very impressive hair tool that I think would work on a variety of hair. Also, during this time I've also cut some of my long hair off, and it makes shorter hair equally look great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been traveling with everything going on, however I do still go frequently from my house to my mom's. Instead of carrying a straightener AND curling iron to get the waves my curly hair refuses to give, this has been a tremendous help. The color combo is beautiful and Conair really paid attention to the fine details of this styler. It heats up quickly and I LOVE I can charge it from anywhere. It also does not have that "fried" smell like some flat irons can get. Really love the plates on this.

Great for waves

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression of this tool was that it's beautiful! It looks nice, feels good in the hand and is light weight. I enjoyed the variety of heat selections and the versatility this one tool offers. I first tried to straighten my hair with it. I found that the plates didn't touch easily and I had to really push down on the tool to get it to clamp down on my hair. I switched over to using it to curl my hair and I was very impressed. I like that you can use it as a wand or a traditional curling iron (though I did have to lock it or hold the ends of my hair when using it that way). I got beautiful curls.

Conair Hair Disaster

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to use this because the packaging and look/feel of the product seemed incredible! Also who doesn't like that fact that it doesn't have a cord that you have to work around?! However, I was highly disappointed when I actually tried it. It took a couple hours to charge before using it. This was no big deal. However, compared to my Chi straightener, this thing is a joke. I had to go over the same piece of hair like 10 times at the highest heat setting for it to make my hair even somewhat straight. I still couldn't get it completely straight by the end. The curling feature doesn't work at ALL. It doesn't clamp your hair tight enough and even when it does, it still doesn't curl your hair. My chi does this effortlessly. Overall very disappointed with this product. I definitely wouldn't buy it and wouldn't recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first wireless straightener. I loved it overall. It does straight my hair really nice and I did not cause any frizz. The only thing I did not dislike was that my hair was getting caught near the end of wand and were breaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When i opened the box and saw what i had received i was blown away at how pretty the product is. I love the coloring of it. The function is good as well. I love the curls it gave me. My hair is a little thick so it's hard to straighten and this did an ok job at it but i will use it more as a curling iron as i like to curl my shoulder length hair more than straighten it. I also love the fact that it's cordless, so when my kids are fighting i can walk to see what's going on and not be stuck. The cons i have are the amount of time to charge, that you can't use it while charging and that it dies semi fast. Still love it though.
