Needs some work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the idea of this multi-styler. I like that its cordless and its really easy to switch between a curling iron or a flat iron with just a flip of a lock. The iron its self is lightweight, really easy to work with, and I love the color of it. The first time I used it I charged it for about 24 hours, unfortunately it doesn't get hot enough to actually straighten my hair. I was most excited that it was cordless and I can charge it over night and have it ready to be used in the morning. But, know matter how long i charged it or how long I let it sit to heat up it just doesn't heat up to any where near 400 degrees as it is advertised too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair texture is very kinky/curlyand most times its super hard for me to get a straight hair look. But this flatiron did the trick. Not only did it make my straight hair look flawless it added shine and luxurious body.

Not My Fave Hairstyling Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to try the Conair Multistyler, as my teen daughter and I both love to try different hairstyles. I have thin, very curly hair (3A for my curly girls) halfway down my back, and my daughter has just-above shoulder length thick straight hair. So we had two very different hair types to test this out on!
I thought the usb charging was very cool, as it would make it convenient for travel, as would the heat-resistant pouch. The instructions were pretty straight forward - easy to turn on, switch style and temperature, and lock the styler. For first use, we let it charge about four hours, as the instructions said 3 hours for a full recharge. When we unplugged to use (because it can't be plugged in while in use), it almost immediately started blinking like it needed to be charged. We only got about 15 minutes of use that day, which meant that we had straightened about one-eighth of my curly hair! Not ideal. Later attempts worked a bit longer, up to about 25-30 minutes, but that's not long enough to style either of our full heads of hair!
Some further downsides: the styler turns off automatically after so many minutes. Now, this is good from a safety perspective if you've left it on, but terrible while you're styling and haven't noticed! The barrel is also very short, which made it hard to curl my daughter's short hair. In both our cases, neither straightening nor curling had any staying power.
Some pluses: the styler offered different temps for different hair types, which was cool. The styler itself is super sleek and pretty. These pluses didn't make it something I'd recommend though unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cool Concept, Just Not Quite There

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to try a wireless hair straightener with the dual bonus of being a curling iron. My hair is large and wavy, sometimes curly and an overall mess if I don't take it with a heat tool. I love to travel so a tool that charges via USB and is wireless for use sounded perfect. Overall it's an adequate curling iron and straightened. It works, it just takes a lot longer to get to the final product than my ceramic straightner does. That being said I absolutely plan on using this. Im going on a camping roadtrip next month and this tool is going to be a fantastic way to keep my hair looking nice even though I don't have a good bathroom to do it in.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hated having to buy a curler and straightener to keep in my house. but thanks to this product I only need one. It is Super easy to use has LED lights and is cordless.
