The cutting technology is great and I will never use any other trimmer. However, the crappy wire in cap fails resulting in a non- functional trimmer. If the trimmer had a reliable on/off switch, I would give it a rating of 5.

Just purchased the Conair nose/ear hair trimmer. Works really well. Strong motor, easy to hold. I have had other, no name brand trimmers but not that great. Should have saved my money and bought the Conair sooner.
