almost really good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer after 15 years of excellent Whirlpool service. Bought this because Whirlpool no longer makes the model we had. This washer does what its supposed to do as long as you don't fill it more than half way with clothes. Some serious rocking and rolling if you do. I've leveled the machine twice and after about 8 or 10 loads it's out of level again. Will try again. soon. Works great as long as it's level. Would have given 5 stars but for this little glitch. Amana makes pretty good stuff most times.

Excellent value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice unit for the price. My only concern is that the towels are a bit heavy at the end of the cycle. I tend to run them through an extra Spin cycle before drying them. The soft touch controls are a very big improvement from the soft click controls.

The cat watches this like a television, occasionally attempting to attack the load. So add entertainment value to the features.

I have had a dryer in my house for 21 yrs that is also an Amana and if every appliance was like this one we would never need a service man. It is still drying clothes and has never been serviced So that is why I chose the Amana Washing machine.
