Very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is very loud on the spin cycle and always sounds like a train is going by. It shakes our whole house. If I would have known it was like this I would not have bought it. On the other hand, our clothes get very clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need a door for the drain filter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Washer and Dryer from Amana. Our only complaint was it was not draining. After a short google search I found the drain. My units are stacked in a closet, so it was an all day event to I stack and then completely disassemble the washer to unscrew and clean the filter. It was full of hair(dogs) and my son’s missing car keys. How did they get through the basket? Anyway if there was a door or removable

Good, solid machine
