[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase both the front load washer and the dry kit. The price was right and the features were exactly what I needed. I love saving money on detergent and drying time. The interface is easy to understand and the "extras" like SANITIZE are much appreciated. The ONLY complaint would be the doors. Yes I could change the way they open but it would have been much more convenient to have them open correctly in the first place. My wife is handicapped so having he doors open into each other is extremely important and it seems like it would make much more sense to have them do that. Right now they are transposed and face away from each other (WRONG) Otherwise its a great product, we love them!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Biggest complaint on washer is that if you wash large items like sheets and a heavier material like a blanket or bed pad it will not spin out.
Just wish i would have just stayed with the old style top load.
