Broken after 2 months

I bought this washing machine right before Christmas after much research. I am very disappointed as it has already stopped working. We have literally had it for 2 months. My husband had to call to have someone come out and look at it which took several days. Unfortunately, he could not fix it and needed to order parts. So we are still waiting for our BRAND NEW washing machine to be fixed 2 weeks later. This is so disappointing when you have a family of five with 3 young children.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two months ago and have been patient considering the instructions said it would get out of balance in the beginning, but it is not the beginning any more and it still walks. Sometimes as well, the cloths are sopping wet at the end of the cycle...why?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Modern Efficient Washers aren't so efficient. The average load lasts more than 55 minutes of which most its cycle time is spent rotating uselessly consuming wattage and being frugal on the most important aspect of doing laundry: Rinsing the dirt-detergent complex off clothes. This machine (like all other washers) adds water while draining to reduce load on the Motor and thus prolonging the Motor lifespan and relies on spinning fast to detach the dirt and detergent. All I could think of is Fake Science and Engineering Hoax.

Very Good Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought the Amana Front Load Washer 4.3 cu.ft about three weeks ago. Washes great and is highly efficient. The only real problem thus far is that powdered laundry detergent does not dispense into the machine efficiently or properly. In fact, only about half of the detergent in the dispenser actually gets into the machine/washing cycle. i assume liquid detergent would work better but with today's technology and advances in machinery, this should not happen for a brand new 2022 machine.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer for about a month now and the display screen doesn’t function properly since I’ve had it!!! I’m not sure what is supposed to be on there? Numbers?? Repair man came out(no charge thankfully) and has to come back because he had to order part. Other than that it works good. Seems to clean clothes well! I have 2 boys who work on tractors and trucks so they are dirty and I am very satisfied at how clean clothes come out. I just wish I new how long the cycles are. The manual doesn’t give you length of cycles because it depends on the settings you select, so I’ve had to time each one myself. Also I’m not able to see if the washer is completely done right away because of the display screen not working properly, I have to wait until washer shuts off completely.
I would recommend this to a friend!
