Love this laptop but wish the mousepad were better

Love this laptop, especially the keyboard. I didn't know there were differences in keyboards, but this one feels extra springy and soft at the same time. I like the no glare screen, fingerprint unlock feature, and the fact that it has USB ports (so many new laptops don't have them, yet they're still so essential!). What I don't like is the mouse pad. It's not very sensitive or accurate. Otherwise, this is a great laptop, especially bang for your buck. It doesn't have much storage but I use the cloud for everything anyway.

It's the perfect size, however the battery doesn't last as long as it said it would. Also it overheats very very quickly. Definitely the best laptop I've owned but it definitely could have been better. Nevertheless, I'm very happy with the purchase.

It has done the job I wanted very well. I am now working from home and needed a laptop that had memory so I can use a second and third monitor to do my job while still being able to use the laptop for other functions. I am impressed with the speed too.
