I'm normally pleased w/ most of the Goal Zero products I've purchased, but I was disappointed w/ this one. 100 watt solar panel? - I can place this thing oustide in DIRECT sunlight at high noon (with not one cloud in the sky) and still only pull in about 60 watts max. Where are the other 40 watts? Just seems like I'm being short changed. Paid the full price for 100 watts but only got 60 watts at best. Not a happy customer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

150 watt with 1000 watt battery

Pretty good. I have 150 watts total, but only get around 90 watts on a perfect day. I thought the 100 watts will perform better than 50 watts on a perfect day, but it doesn't. Hoping that if I change to the better gauge wire, it may perform better.

This Boulder 100 replaces one the deer broke the cable on. It is in a chain of 3 supplying power to the Goal zero Yeti 1250 watt generator. All are great products.
