product was in my opinion, way overpriced, that was before i knew it would only produce awful sound quality and a hissing feedback noise resembling what you get from using an fm transmitter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't work

I bought this for my iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd generation) and it doesn't work although it is listed as a compatible device on the box.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Audio OR charge

The unit that I have refuses to both charge and play audio on my Oneplus 6T phone. Connecting a charging plug causes the adapter to no longer work for sound, and it will continue to not work unless I restart my phone. Waste of forty dollars.

The Belkin RockStar F7U080 has not been tested to be compatible with your mentioned device. As a workaround, try using the Belkin RockStar adapter with another compatible device and see if it charges and plays audio at the same time.

Cannot play music without charging.... poor product and waste of time and resources.
Try again Belkin! No I will not email you about this...I have already wasted enough time writing this review.
