[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first soft carry-on, and I really like it. I travel about 1-2 times per month on business. Compared to the hard case options that I had in the past, I prefer this model. I can pack more in the suitcase, and I don't need to deal with scuffs. I have flown United and Southwest, both overhead compartments fit this suitcase when full and expanded. The handle is also pretty sturdy, as I have a backpack for my laptop that I will carry on top of this suitcase.
