I like the high quality of my luggage. It is very sturdy and easy to maneuver. I have two pro pieces.. a carry on and the next size up .. 25 model.
I think when l registered my new carry on.. the wrong piece was registered.. not carry on but a backpack model but could never get the registration form to go back and correct the mistake..

Nice, small spinner, but wheels are too small

Love most aspects of the bag, but for rolling around the airport, the wheels are too small to roll smoothly across carpeted areas or roght pavement. They also seem to be wearing quickly.

Shortsighted that it doesn’t have a removable cosmetics bag. It is not equipped with a proper sized external pocket for one either. Many countries still require liquids in a clear bag and out of the suitcase…
