love this laptop for university, lightweight and has everything i need in a laptop for school. The specs on this laptop is great for it’s pricing and i love the keyboard glow up feature it has for when im studying in a none well lit area. The fingerprint login option makes it so fast and easy to get my computer started for class and the keyboard is super comfortable to type with. The only thing i wish this computer had was a music play/pause button on the upper keyboard instead of the phone call options. Aside from that everything is working out great!
Hello The first days I received my computer, I was verry happy but I noticed some issue from the fan, the fan was making a little noise. But since since yesterday the noise is loud. I'm verry disapointed, I have cheked the update for driver all the drives are up to date. Then I asked your services what I can to solve this problem, I think it's a materiel issue, the have a problem. I'm waiting a answer.

Bought the notebook brand new, in 8 days dead. Fan AND motherboard died. VERY bad

I can't leave my laptop otherwise it freezes. I have to put it to standby manually. And when I plugg it in to reload, the fan goes very fast and the laptop becomes very hot.
