Well built laptop and great value with excellent configuration. I was a bit skeptic about screen resolution having read negative expert reviews, but it's pretty good for a 14'' (obviously this is not a multimedia laptop).

Good laptop, battery truthly can work up to 10 hours. However the fan is loud and irritating.
Moreover, the number1 button on my keyboard is less sensitive, i have to specially press a little harder on it. This problem starting since i received the laptop

An excellent machine. I love the metal that's used to make this laptop which leaves no fingerprints. The specs on mine also include a rx540x graphics card which allows me to do some light gaming. Taking 2 stars off because of the unacceptable fan noise on mine. It's so loud that when I turn off the laptop, I can really notice the silence. And this happens not only when gaming but just normal browsing the internet or watching videos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ive had this laptop for about a month. I got the 16gb RAM model and the performance is incredible. It can handle intense multitasking very well (an 8gb definately wouldnt be enough). Hardware, however, is another story. The computer's fan, when I initially started using the computer, would run continuously and would be quite loud (despite no apps being open and 2% CPU). After a tweak in the power controls I was able to solve the problem, with the fan not running unnecessarily anymore. The laptop also doesnt get noticeably hot. Battery lasts about 6hrs for me in heavy performance, not too bad. The backlit keyboard doesnt get very bright, but still does the trick. Also, I love the feel of the trackpad. Very smooth and responsive. The computer's metal build gives it a very nice premium feel. VERY happy with the laptop's performance and overall build
