It's a pretty good laptop, especially considering the price. Form factor is great. The fan can be a bit noisy, but I just scaled down the performance in the power profile and that has helped keep the fan use to a minimum.

USB ports are continually shutting off, which we have yet to troubleshoot with tech support. All other aspects of the machine are thus far excellent.

I bought this computer during cyber week and am very satisfied with this product. The only downside is there’s a program that seems to run often and drain the batteries for no reason “duplicatedesktop.exe”. Seems to be an amd bug that can be fixed by renaming the file to “_duplicatedesktop.exe_”.
