Super cold

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This freezer bought during the pandemic when almost none were around. It is a super freezer it’s extra cold even in a un vented Texas garage in July. Holds all the meat we stocked before things were rationed. Best of all it’s frost free. The only thing I would change is the color it’s white I wanted stainless but I was lucky and super happy to just find it when my old White-Westinghouse went out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the freezer about two months ago. The seal was not wokring well. I lost the first load of food. The repair came by and on the thrid time the seal was turned and the freszer seems to be working much better. The new seal is in but the tech has not come by to install.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this freezer since 5/28. We had trouble changing the door orientation and it is hard to open but it works great, will be easy to clean, and has all the space we need. We added bins to corral the food.

Do not buy.

It's a good freezer.....but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size 20 cubic feet. I like the features, frost free, even temperature. But where we placed it, the door needed to open on the other side. It should have been easy. The cheap Phillips screws were absolutely horrible. They stripped. I Almost didn't get them out. The hinge pin had no nothing to put a adjustable wrench on. I finally ended up using a long pair of pliers to loosen it. I up denting the side of the freezer because of it. I was beyond frustrated! I hope no else has to reverse the door opening.
