I bought It 2 months ago got broken after a week they send repair guy found out the fan is broken changing the fan now broken again need to repair another part every time you call in its vary long wait time and respond to emails weeks later

Excellent Freezer

First it was great not having to dig out meats and frozen products to get something at the bottom. I am also glad we bought the 20 cubic ft. Everything is organize and we can now keep plenty of ice on hand without taking a lot of space in our fridge. Absolutely works great. Should have got it sooner.

Had to fix it in the first two weeks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not freezing good. I got a technician to check it out under the warranty protection. He found that the control unit and the blow fan are not working. He ordered the parts, requires 5 business days. Will see after he swaps them.

Awful support, never will buy another frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a brand new freezer, Frigidaire customer support is none existent. You call 20 times and someone might get to you. You can't get support for your brand new freezer because support don't pick up.
Furthermore, service company won't support you until you Frigidaire put you in for support. Its a catch 22. After a month of dialing, and two support visits a brand new freezer don't work, and support won't replace freezer.

Broke in less than a month!

Awful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this a month ago. after plugging it in the fan motor was making an awful noise. Delivery man adjusted the fan bracket and noise stopped. Before we finished loading the freezer noise started again so I had to pull out freezer and all he did was loosen bracket and didn't tighten it down. I moved bracket over and fixed the noise where fan was hitting the shroud. After 2 days the freezer never shut off running 24/7. called repair center and they came out and said needed new thermostat. Later they called and said repairman would come out to fix. No new thermostat was replaced just adjusted the dial to regulate temperature. Two days later freezer still doing the same thing. dial is set to lowest setting without turning the unit off and registers -15* and still runs 24/7. This freezer is a piece of junk. Have another frigidare and it works great. will have to call service again and maybe this time they'll try a new thermostat.

freezer failed after 3 weeks

I bought this Freezer in August. It was delivered on September 3rd. It had failed by September 29th. After further inspection by a certified tech, I found out Frigidaire had a service bulletin out. The failure was caused by a poor design which resulted in ice building on a fan. The result of that was the freezers inability to maintain temperature. It is now November 1, and I am still waiting for a replacement fan. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!!
