Great addition to the family!

We were constantly fighting with our fridge freezer drawer to hold our frozen foods and snacks and now that is a thing of the past! This freezer does that with no problems and still has room.

Nice but needed to be repaired in the first month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice spacious unit. Worked fine for first 10 days, then green warning led started to blink and items on the top shelf started to thaw out. Tech found that circulating fan was freezing up - contacted Frigidaire and a retrofit kit was available under warrantee to correct the ice formation that was occurring that blocked fan rotation. He also replaced the fan. Working great since then but did lose some food.

Fan broke after 2 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer is great now but the fan failed after two months. The indicator light alerted us and the warranty covered the repair. Working great now but was a disappointment at the time. Could have been a fluke too soon to tell.

Excellent overall freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer as extra storage during the COVID-19 crisis. I am extremely happy with its large capacity yet low energy usage. This freezer has large shelving spaces that are adjustable and ample door storage as well. The outside is sleek and clean. I am very pleased with the size and price of this freezer and so glad I went with an upright freezer.

Didn’t last 1 month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great for about 3 weeks then it stopped cooling. We removed all the food but left it plugged in so the repair person could look at it. 1 week later it started making weird noises. We unplugged it. It’s been about a month now and we still can’t get a service person to come look at it. I’m sure it will work perfect if they would come fix it.
