Several problems.

The freezer had many problems when installed & more have just appeared. The freezer was not leveled properly & the whole freezer moved when the door was opened. There was a fan noise that was annoying. The installers shifted the freezers position to stop the noise 7 said it wouldn't come back. It did come back. I had to call for Frigidaire Service, the tech did fine job but it took him a long time to disassemble the fan assembly & fix the fan problem. He leveled the freezer properly so it no longer moved when the door opened. He found a problem with the upper gasket which was leaking. Now, a few weeks later the while lower gasket came loose when the door was opened & I had to call for more service which will take a few days to be accomplished.
In my opinion Frigidaire's quality control is terrible & the people who installed the freezer were very poorly trained. All in all, Frigidaire should be ashamed! The two stars are generous & only represent that the freezer cools well--so far.

Spacious Upright Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had this unit installed and it is everything we had hoped for. It is larger, much more efficient and had some additional features that our older model was missing. The unit is very spacious and bright! You can easily see everything in it.
There is a large amount of shelf space that is easily adjustable to fit whatever you need to store. The additional features are the temperature alarm that notifies you if the temperature should go too high.
This is great as we have grandchildren that love to go get their own ice cream treats but aren't really good about making sure the door gets closed properly. Speaking of which, the door, if left slightly ajar, will close itself automatically! Who could ask for more?
We love this new freezer and would heartily recommend it to anyone looking to buy a new upright freezer.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this freezer for a couple months. The only issue we have had so far is, an area near the top of the door that has frost developing. We contacted customer service and they have ordered a new door gasket. The gasket is back-ordered. Hopefully we will get it soon and it corrects the problem.

Bought the name, but found a imposter

It is not the quality I would expect from the name. Purchased 5/21/20, waiting on service technician as I write this, tech was supposed to be here today, he just called and said he was not coming until tomorrow.
