Love the size!

The 16 cubic ft version of the same freezer had excellent reviews but wasn't available but we could get this one quickly. I am so glad we went with the larger size. It is so much easier to organize and the inside lighting makes it easy to see everything. There is one drawback which we hope can be corrected easily. As others have commented, the seal on the top, right seems to leak a little air. We always have frost building up there. Service people are scheduled to come out Monday. Hopefully that will be an easy fix. I love everything else about this freezer. This was an upgrade from our previous chest freezer. This is so much easier to find things without standing on my head and removing half the stuff in the freezer to find what I'm looking for. I would buy it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] great space, things stayed cold, but within two weeks of delivery a piston blew on the condenser :( That should not happen on a brand new unit

Get one while you can!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so relieved that I found a freezer when I did. They are flying out of the warehouses! I bought a quarter of beef, pork as well as frozen vegetables. Now I don’t have to go out to shop during this time of Covid 19.

At first I had a problem with it blowing my GFI breaker and discovered in the instructions a section about not putting it on a GFI circuit. My old freezer worked fine on that circuit, but not his one. I did replace the breaker with a regular one and all is well.

Great size

I bought several freezer/refrigerator large containers to help organize my bulk food purchases. The in door shelves hold ice cube bins and lunch packs perfectly along with boxed items. The small footprint is great since this in my family room (as we have no garage and the place where our chest freezer was located was in an awkward in the way place). We are a family of 10 and the other day someone didn’t close it all the way and the alarm beeper alerted me, this saving the day and our food!

The Interior Light Stopped Working After 7 Days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to call for a repair. The technician said the magnetic plate was misaligned. He wiggled it, the light came back on. However, 4 days later it quit working again.

More space than I realized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit to replace a 5 cu.ft chest freezer that died. I was amazed how easily it fit into the exact same space as the old unit! Now 4 times the storage in the same foot print!
