Regrets were made!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago and the fan went out withing 2 weeks. Apparently this company started using a new fan which has known to be defective. We called them and they sent out a crew 2 weeks later to say it was the fan but the fans are on back orders so another 2 weeks later they are suppose to be coming out today.

Not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer about a month ago and can't use it. The door is warped and Frigidaire will not replace my freezer. We called to have it serviced and have heard nothing. I just bought a freezer that I can't even use.

Doesn’t Work

Terrible product, terrible service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the freezer, in less than a month it was not working and our food was thawing. There is one service person in our area and he didn’t call us back for over two weeks. After he came he had to order parts which are still not in. It’s been well over a month since our brand new freezer quit working and it’s still not fixed. They should have replaced it. I will never buy a Frigidaire again.

Works Great Very LOUD COMPRESSOR

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Replaced my 2005 20cuft Frigidaire, this new unit stays a zero even at the lowest setting. and the compressor is very loud. I called customer service and they said this is due to the new models not having sound proofing. both the old and the new have a compressor that is open on the rear , with no "sound proofing" .
the said they would have a tech contact me for a service call, and no one has ever followed up .
this will be the last Frigidaire product that I will buy!.
