[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the worst times for your freezer to die, but ours did. I was looking for an upright and I found this one. It has great storage features, opposing side doors and has worked well for our family. It has given up more room then our dead one.

Horrible Lemon of a Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer and it has consistently frozen over. I have called to get it serviced, the fan was changed, and still have the same issue. I have had to thaw it out no less than 6 times over the past 6 weeks or so in a desperate attempt to preserve all of the meat in the freezer. I hope someone will swap out this . That blinking green light and temp alrm haunts my dreams. Please Help ! I have to believe that this is just a bad freezer and not representative of the entire line.

Broke within 3 weeks of receiving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer itself seemed nice. We loaded up our food and all was well for almost 3 weeks. This is when everything started to thaw. A blinking green light on the bottom of the fridge accompanied by an occasional beep was the warning. Later I found that was a warm temp warning.
A few days later a service person came and discovered that the interior fan, located at the bottom back of the unit, was non-functional.
Now, it is almost 4 weeks later, and we still do not have a schedule for a return service with the part that has been on order all this time.
To be clear, we had a freezer delivered. 3 weeks of working freezer. Now 4 weeks of broken freezer with no end in sight. Not only has the quality control on this unit been poor, but the service has been HORRIBLE. Of course, there is no returning appliances. So we are stuck with this broke freezer that has been broken for the majority of our ownership.
