[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little disappointed that this model does not have leveling feet which caused ice build up in the fan and required a warranty repair. We rigged some shims to level the unit and it works great!

We love the alarm features of our new freezer and are confident in Frigidaire products.

Terrible product

This unit was delivered tues. ran ok for 3 days almost empty. Bought 300. worth of food yesterday. Temp initially got to 19. Has been climbing since. Currently at 29.8 . Called the number in the manual. Recording gave us local repairmen. Left numerous messages on all, 2 didn’t bother to call back despite their message they constantly monitor messages. One had a service who gave me the run around the 3 times i called. Frustrated to say the least.. no calls, no repair, meat about to defrost. Do not buy

Think twice before buying

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boughy it 3 weeks ago and the first 3 days it was working fine,then suddenly only the bottom part is freezing. Been trying to troubleshoot by following the handbook but still the problem is still there. Tomorrow, Monday i will be calling the number to get a repairman check it out.
