Great features

Disappointed from Day One

Within a few minutes it began a really annoying and loud buzzing noise. Instructions had numerous references of what to do if have this problem (must be a design flaw if they have a half page of tips on the quick setup FAQ).
But, I made sure all (4) things to check were good to go:
1. It's on a solid concrete floor and the UNIT IS LEVEL on ALL 4 Sides & the "Anti-Slip Brackets" are set exactly per instructions
2. NOT touching wall
3. NO ITEMS on TOP
4. NO ITEMS EVEN INSIDE IT YET -- BRAND SPANKING NEW, JUST GOT TODAY
Luckily I had sense to get the 3 Year Protection Plan--now I just want it out of my house.
But, I made sure all (4) things to check were good to go:

Door seel leaking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this freezer about 1 1/2 months ago. The freezer keeps frosting up. I reached out for support and a local repair company was contacted. A week after they visited I found out that part 5304523811 was no longer available. The replacement 5304524887 was not going to be available any time soon. Ref # 8357055001.
I sure would like to enjoy this freezer.

The perfect freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With more space than I expected, this freezer is perfect. The door shelves hold quite a bit and it’s easy to see what’s there. Adjustable shelves in the main freezer are beyond convenient. The door closes soundly and the green floor light is an bappreciated extra. I also like the fact that an alarm will sound if the temperature drops. If you need a freezer, this is the one to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't had any issues so far since it was delivered about 4 weeks ago. Did switch the door swing (no thanks to the delivery drivers), but it was fairly simple to do. Once plugged in, it took about 6 hours to cool down to where we could put frozen items in.
